High Security Shredding for Any Size Organization  Based upon your needs, we will customize a regular scheduled visit to destroy your sensitive information. No need to call us time and time again. You can expect our uniformed, bonded, polite Secured Destruction Specialist to arrive on a timely basis. File Thirteen's customers can expect service and security to be our highest priority.

Businesses consistently processing and destroying confidential documents on a daily basis will appreciate the convenience and cost effectiveness of this service. Lockable Security Containers are provided free as a part of the service to securely hold information between services. On a customized schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) uniformed destruction specialist will empty the containers and destroy the material immediately.
- We also provide Emergency Service for our customers who use the Scheduled Service, but unexpectedly fill their containers before their next regularly scheduled service date. If this happens to you, call us and we will take care of your off-cycle shredding needs while leaving your scheduled service dates intact.
- Purge Service Without Containers - Specifically designed for high-volume, end-of-year clean-outs, this purge service is a great solution when you want to get rid of bulk quantities of paper, fast. The only thing you need to do is tell us approximately how much paper you have and where it is located. We'll take care of the rest.
- Purge Service With Containers - Are you moving and need time to sort through your records? Do you need a convenient spot to place your out-of-date records while you clean out your file room? If so, this is the perfect solution for your purge scenario. File Thirteen will deliver containers to your location so you can conveniently sort your records on a schedule that is convenient for you. When the bins are full, we will shred the contents and you can continue your file clean-out. Once you have disposed of all your records, we will pick up the collection containers.
On-Site Paper Destruction.
File Thirteen's self-contained mobile shredding truck destroys your documents at your place of business. We will provide all labor to move materials to the truck. Customers are encouraged to witness the destruction process. A C.O.D. (Certificate of Destruction) is issued at the time of service.
Off-Site Destruction Service
Large jobs and bulk are more economical and less time consuming with off-site shredding. We will pickup your records at your site, from any location, and securely transport them to our secure document destruction facility where they are destroyed under strictly controlled conditions. We offer off-site shredding as a more economical alternative for clients that do not require destruction done at their location. A C.O.D. is issued after shredding is complete. Drop-Off Destruction Service
Customers not requiring any of the above services may also utilize our drop-off service. Clients are welcome to bring their sensitive material to our facility for destruction. Please call for an appointment. Paper Recycling Service
We recycle 100% of your shredded documents, and to further enhance your security we process and bale the shredded paper right in our facility. This means that your information is handled only by our Bonded and Insured employees throughout the entire process.
